The Bill (Reg. No.2094) envisages restoration of the regulations of the Law "On State Safeguards of Social Protection of the Military Servicemen who will be dismissed from Military Service due to the Reforming of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and their family Members" that were effective until the Law "On the State Budget of Ukraine for Year 2008, and Amendments to several Legislative Acts" was adopted. The said regulations appertain to the payments to the persons and their family members who change the place of residence after the dismissal from the military service. The said payments should cover the fare and the cost of shipping the luggage to a new place of residence.
S.Velizhansky, author of the Bill, stated that his initiative aims at provision of social protection of the military servicemen who are dismissed due to the reforming of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and their family members.
The Committee members resolved to uphold the Bill.
